Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy:

  • • Booking amount of 50% per person is required at the time of booking.
  • • The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
  • • Payments are only accepted in the forms of a bank transfer receipt or from a credit/debit card payment done through the payment gateway provided on the website.


Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

  • • You will receive the booking confirmation email within 48 hours of the full payment.
  • • Hotel and travel voucher will be given to you 48 hours prior to travel date.
  • • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling such as valid passport with the Visa, hotel & travel confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.


Cancellation Policy:

  • • 30 days or more before the travel date – 100% of the payment will be refunded, subject to bank charges.
  • • 30 to 21 days before travel date – 75% of the payment will be refunded, subject to bank charges.
  • • 21 days to 7 days before travel date – 10% of the payment will be refunded, subject to bank charges.
  • • 7 days to 0 days before travel date – Your payment will not be refunded.


Important note:

  • • Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
  • • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
  • • All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities. Ceylon Traverze Pvt. Ltd cannot be held responsible for any issue with obtaining visa to enter Sri Lanka. Ceylon Traverze Pvt. Ltd only acts as facilitators for making travel arrangements.
  • • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes caused by the changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
  • • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the hotel, etc. we will strive to obtain a maximum refund.
